ORDER A PORTRAIT

My watercolor portraits are painted on Aquabord (which does not require glass for framing) using a palette of glowing colors. I also work in graphite or charcoal.

I create portraits that look like their subjects, and my goal is to communicate the subject’s spirit. I paint from photographic references, using photos taken by me or provided by you.

My latest approach is to paint each person with an animal: a beloved pet, a comfort animal, a “daimon,” or an animal of the imagination.
